Returns and Refunds

If you wish to file a return request or request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for an order, kindly send us a message through our contact form. Please provide as much information about the order as possible.

Please note, a return request can only be made for orders up to 7 days past the delivery date. Once we receive your claim, we will promptly communicate with our supplier to have it assessed. We are dedicated to processing all return claim inquiries in a timely manner. You can typically expect our response to your claim within 5 days and a resolution within 15 days.


Here's how the typical return process unfolds:

  • We initiate a request for an RMA/return with the supplier.
  • The request undergoes assessment, and if approved for return, we will furnish you with a return address and an RA number for reference. Any costs associated with returning the package will be your responsibility, unless the supplier deems your claim eligible for a free return label.
  • You will then have 5 business days to dispatch the package to the provided return address for a refund. Please inform us once the order has been shipped and provide us with the tracking information. If you require additional time to send the package back, kindly let us know.
  • Credit for the completed RMA claim will only be issued once the supplier confirms receipt of the package and has issued a credit.

It is essential to note that ALL returns are subject to approval by our supplier. If you have any inquiries or concerns, feel free to reach out to us via email. Additionally, as a small business, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with store credit. Simply send us an email before returning your items and ensure they are returned with tags, no alterations, and no stains.
